Frogge

Frogge helps you run an FFXIV roleplaying venue!

Staffing, events, a VIP program, and more; all managed through buttons and menus instead of memorizing a slew of typed commands.

There are three methods of interacting with it:

  • The Bot

    Everything lives in Discord behind one command: /admin menu. This is the primary way to manage your venue.

  • The Dashboard

    A web admin panel that mirrors the Bot's /admin menu for anyone who prefers a browser over Discord menus.

  • The Plugin

    An in-game FFXIV companion for venue owners, employees, and goers alike.

    Manage a venue, clock in for your shift, or see what giveaways are being held tonight at your favorite clubs, all without leaving the comfort of the game.

What does Frogge do?

  • Positions: a catalog of staff roles your venue uses, referenced by Events, Finance and Staffing.
  • Events: create staffable events with position-specific shift setups, let staff self-sign-up, and reuse Event Templates for recurring event types.
  • VIP: manage your VIP tiers, perks, and member status, with automatic expiration handling and a self-service /vip-status command for members.
  • Profiles: RP character sheets any member can build, with an optional admin approval workflow.
  • Giveaways: prize draws with self-service entry, optional Discord Event integration, and automatic rolling when they end.
  • Raffles: ticket-based prize draws with admin-mediated ticket crediting and a ticket-weighted draw.
  • Staffing: employment roster with hire/rehire/terminate tracking, full employment history, and qualifications list. Used by Events and Finance.
  • Verification: prove server members' FFXIV character ownership via Lodestone before granting a 'verified' role. Also creates a database listing for the character, which enables the Plugin to target that character in-game to assign shifts, vip, and more.
  • FFXIVVenues Integration: link your FFXIVVenues listing for a self-updating open/closed status post.
  • Finance: track revenue, expenses, and staff payouts across both real money and gil, kept in separate reports.
  • Forms: build custom application/questionnaire forms members fill out through a private wizard.
  • Reaction Roles: self-service role panels, from a blank panel or a ready-made templates.
  • Stream Alerts: post a notification when a Twitch account goes live.
  • Embeds: build and post custom, persisted embeds that stay in sync across every channel they're posted to.
  • Server Log: stream real Discord server activity, message edits, joins/leaves, role and channel changes, into a dedicated log channel.
  • Leveling: chat and voice XP, level-ups, and role rewards.
  • Time Clock: staff clock-in/out tracking with hours reporting and Finance module integration.
  • Glyph Builder: compose and save FFXIV Party Finder-ready symbol strings.
  • Auto-Reactor: automatically add an emoji reaction to messages matching rules you set by channel, keyword, or author role.
  • Autoroles: automatically grant one or more roles to every new member on join.
  • Sticky Messages: keep a message pinned to the bottom of a channel, reposting itself as new messages come in.
